qualified buyers. This catalog and user's guide tells you what services we
provide and how to purchase them from Software eSource.

How-To Place an order with Software eSource:
After you decided what you need, all you need to do is to issue us a
P.O. (Purchase Order number, you may create one with any unique #) either via
fax (800-342-5825) or e-mail (mailto:steve@sescc.com) with the following
information:
1) Ship to address with your school/organization name (no PO Boxes)
2) Invoice mailing address with your organization name
3) Quantity of the product
4) Part # of the Product
5) Description of the product
6) Unit price of the product
7) Add total amount of this order
8) Add your local sales tax
9) Add $12.20 for S/H
10) Grand total for this order
11) Contact person's telephone #, fax #, e-mail address (Please make sure the
e-mail address of the person recieving the license
is showing on your PO. Thank you very much.)
12) Any special remarks or comments
